LovePilot

Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

LovePilot writes. You send. It never sends a message, likes a profile, swipes, or acts as you in any app. Every line it produces is a suggestion you choose to use, change, or ignore. What you send is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

These terms are the agreement between you and LovePilot ("we", "us") for the LovePilot app, keyboard and service. Using LovePilot means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

Who may use LovePilot

You must be at least 18 years old. LovePilot is rated 17+ and is built for adults using adult dating and messaging services. You must also be allowed to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law.

What LovePilot is

LovePilot reads a dating profile or a conversation you point it at and suggests lines you might send. It runs as an iPhone app and as a keyboard inside other apps.

What it will never do:

LovePilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any dating or messaging service you use it alongside. Using a tool like this may be restricted by those services' own terms, and keeping to those terms is your responsibility.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your access to that account secure; activity under your LovePilot account is treated as yours. Tell us promptly at hello@thegridbrand.com if you think someone else has got in.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, and it forfeits any credit remaining on the account.

Credit and payment

LovePilot is paid for with credit. Credit is consumed as you generate lines, and the amount consumed reflects the real cost of producing them.

Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under its own refund policy, and we cannot issue those refunds ourselves — request them through Apple. For purchases made directly through us, contact us and we will deal with you fairly and in line with the consumer law that applies to you. Nothing here removes a refund right the law gives you.

Using it properly

You agree not to use LovePilot to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious.

What LovePilot produces, and what it cannot promise

Lines are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, awkward, repetitive, or wrong for the person you are talking to. Read every line before you send it. You decide what to send and you are responsible for it, including the consequences.

LovePilot is a writing tool, not an outcome. We do not promise that it will get you a reply, a date, a relationship, or any other result. We also do not promise that any given line is original, as a model can produce similar text for different people.

LovePilot does not give legal, medical, financial or psychological advice, and nothing it writes should be relied on as such.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of LovePilot. We will give reasonable notice where we can, and we will not take away credit you have paid for without either letting you use it or refunding it. The service depends on third parties, including Apple and the model provider, and may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.

Ownership

LovePilot, including the app, the service, and the way it is designed and worded, belongs to us. These terms give you permission to use it, not ownership of it. You keep whatever rights you have in the messages you send; we claim no ownership of the lines you choose to use.

Disclaimers and liability

LovePilot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a message you chose to send. Our total liability for any claim relating to LovePilot is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

App Store terms

If you obtained LovePilot through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for LovePilot and is not responsible for it, though Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use LovePilot after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Los Angeles County, California have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
